Management
Plant and equipment management is at the heart
of P2plus' service module, documenting precisely the components installed
on the customer site, including their status and changes over time. Serial
number or batch tracking complete the performance spectrum. It is possible
to track all the changes that an installation has undergone from the date
of delivery to today.
Maintenance Agreements and Service Orders
Maintenance agreements usually refer to a particular
plant. They can also include cyclically scheduled services, which P2plus
can then suggest on time. All other service orders are uniquely assigned
to a customer or plant. Warranty cases can be processed and tracked with
the function module. Service activities that have been carried out automatically
flow into plant history so that the product life can be seamlessly documented.
