Time and attendance and order time recording are difficult to separate. P2plus therefore fully integrates both allowing personnel availability and capacity planning to merge seamlessly.

Order Time Recording
Once an order has been created in the PPC module and the production order papers (including barcode) generated, notifications can be posted to the order. Once times have been reported completed, they are immediately available for order or project progress tracking. Integrated processing of PPC and PDC information also makes it very convenient to generate and charge collective orders and notifications. This is particularly appreciated by companies that manufacture a variety of component parts with relatively short cycle times.

Personnel Time Recording
P2plus meets a demanding set of requirements in terms of personnel time recording too. These include: flexible time, shift and accounting models and overtime with annual work time account. Vacation management and access control support modern presence management.
High-quality industrial terminals are used to record data. Alternatively, there is also a PC-supported recording procedure in place. This makes it possible to record decentral time notifications in regional branches or even in service units or site installations via an online connection.

Both wage accounting and production control benefit significantly from P2plus PDC. Fully integrated into PDC, these components provide the advantage of minimal administration and access to up-to-date information.
